    1. I learned that once the Emeralds moved from their old park they have been more successful. Also they don't do season tickets they make the most off of packages.

    1. He did not talk much about parking or staff. They have a couple different logos, do not try to sell season passes and have a lot of food and snacks.

    1. players get payed pretty low and if you add up their hours they get payed lower than minimum wage, i wish we could of learned why they switched to the cubs

    1. I learned that they don't just work, they also participate in events and have theme nights to change things up. They use fake advertisements to pull in more people, tracking recently visited websites.

  10. How often do players get pulled into the major leagues? Do players get payed, playing for the Emeralds, if so what's the max you can be payed? Why the Cubs of all teams is the one with "ownership" of the Emeralds who are in Oregon while the Cubs are in Illinois?

    1. Players do get payed, but not very much, and it's decided by the Cubs not the Emeralds. Their marketing strategy was to target the public by creating good relationships with everyone.

    1. He talked about a lot of ticket pricing and sales and entertainment including the picnic area that sits 250 people, he didn't talk about how much money it takes to run a game or a season and how much of that the UO pays for

  17. How much does an average person spend at the game, do you get very many complaints after the game, in your opinion what parts of the staff is the most important, what are the different sallarys for the different staff members?

    1. The things that stuck out to me was the deals they had going on, you could get a season pass or stay in the sweet or eat at the buffet. Another thing that stuck out to me is they all work during off season. The mascot is a green bear because it's more kid friendly but the actual mascot is a Sasquatch.

    1. it all seemed pretty straightforward, although it never occurred to me that people in his position don't have to care or know about baseball. I found what he said about relationships. It seems like that's a big part of how he gets around.

    1. I thought it was interesting that the Eugene Emeralds do not have a say on how much they pay their players. The Emeralds do a lot of fundraisers to build relationships with fans. The themed games and different specials offered are a good way to bring in more fans.
