What i found interesting was how the men and women that worked within the whole company were treated, i thought it was cool that he made sure they were all treated well.
How their businesses ran and how different each one was ran yet all were successful. I learned that a company whose workers and customers build better relationships seem more successful.
It was interesting to see what I remembered about this from the last time I saw this episode. And all the stuff that he does also brings a smile on my face
It was interesting that the coffee beans are grown in another country. I like the atmosphere that they have at each dutch bros shop. I learned that each job has its difficulties no matter how successful the company is and communication on all levels is important.
I thought it was interesting that the owner went to work at the farm where the beans are harvested for coffee. It was obviously a learning experience for him

It was interseting that the owener actaully went to the place where the beans were grown. I learned that they were very happy to all be working there and really liked their job.
